I wanted suppressed subsonic 300 Blackout to work as a hog hunting round, but despite the hype it just hadn’t played out very will in real life. I'm in Texas and have participated in field dressing/processing 4 dozen+ animals that were shot with 300 black. The 3 bullets I've got experience with are the nosler 125gr ballistic tip, barnes 110gr black tip, and hornadys 190gr sub-x.
