WebWorst customer service ever! I purchased an iRobot mop and vacuum Within two weeks the device had registered a fault and had to be returned to the services centre. It took 2.5hours of phone calls to arrange a returns label which then took 3 days (after constant chasing) to be received by emails. WebVery poor customer service The robot's suction stopped working, and it is 16 days since I gave the machine for service. Till now there has been no update. And the chennai call center gave me the number of the store-in-charge Mr. Arumaiselvan's number. But he doesn't pick my calls either. Very disappointed.
