Not being damaged in a fight is a really nice thing to have and being able to slow the mob while warded made the fight that much more easier. WebWarden and Templar are prolly the 2 best. For heroic groups, any healer will do the job. Mystics are great for buffing melee groups. Fury are the best at buffing caster groups. Inquisitors are great for any DPS group really. Templars and Defilers are the generic pure healing classes.
