WebThe quality of the hotel and food was very good and the skiing area exceptional. The booking experience could be much better. Don't use the ski and boots hire offered. We are a party of 9 friends that do 2-3 or sometimes 4 trips per season. 4 of us live in Manchester & 5 live in Brighton so we always have to call into crystal to sort out the odd man booking.

Once again, travel, transfer and accommodation arrangements were hassle-free, and the in-resort support was low key but available if required.
